Tracy Repchuk Advice

This post contains some great advice from Tracy Repchuk author of The Bestseller “31 Days to Millionaire Marketing Miracles”. I can personally relate to a lot of the information in this post, especially when you get to the part about spending $5,000 before you realize you have no idea what you bought.
Are you ready?
The difference between those that are really successful on the Internet and those that are struggling is the action of goal setting and mindset. There are people out there that have made it big by some act of nature or fluke, but in most cases when you hear about the ‘overnight success story’, there was a lot of planning to make it to that one night.
Another key difference is to think goal setting is a passive activity. You just don’t write goals down – you EXPECT them to happen and do what it takes to manifest them. There is a fundamental difference
between expecting and hoping, because if you write them down and aren’t whole-heartedly determined to do what it takes to make it happen, it won’t. During the course of my journey in search of “The One”, I did a lot of stuff backwards, upside down, and in the
wrong order. There are millions of pages of information out there, and tons of products, affiliate programs, and mentors. Had I seen the guidelines in one place that we are about to go through, my trip would have been a lot shorter.
#1 Mistake most new Internet seekers make
Thinking goal setting is a waste of your time, and skipping it. DON’T DO THAT! It is probably the missing piece that brought you here in the first place.
Getting goal setting to be a regular part of every day, every week, and every year, is what will make your venture a long-term success. Write them down and post them where you look often such as your Palm Pilot, Blackberry, laptop, or good old-fashioned paper stuck
on your wall by your desk.
The other part of this is to see that the goal has reached its target, the objective in doing the step. You want to be sure that you are achieving each step you lay out to do. BUT – there is often a but, it does not have to be perfect. Just get things moving along. The perfection will come later. Right now, you are confronting opposing forces, stops and barriers. Push through them with your plans. Yes it can be hard. Like I said before, visualize that your plans manifest – that they happen and are real.
If you go rushing into the Internet like a crazy-eyed kid without a plan, you will end up spending $5,000 before you realize you have no idea what you bought, and why. Then, you may even be so disillusioned with ‘the whole industry’ you simply back off, and figure
it’s not for you.
This step is critical and will save you thousands of dollars in the long run.
Goal setting isn’t about improving your golf game – yet. It is about getting some fundamental steps in place so that you can be ready to start your new venture in a way that will be viable, and sustainable, and fit within your lifestyle.
The bottom line is, if you don’t know where you’re going, you’ll never know if you got there.
Yours Sincerely,
Tracy Repchuk
