Start Selling on eBay Part 2

Here is Part 2 of Start Selling on eBay.
Step 6: Develop a business plan.
Your business plan doesn’t have to be anything fancy, write a few pages describing the market opportunity you have found, outline your strategy, record your strengths and weaknesses of your plan and a brief description of how much you are going to spend (budget). When you put your business plan on paper you now have something to follow.
Step 7: Invest and expand.
This is the step to invest your money. Purchase your inventory, and
put more time and energy into your business. Write your goal down for how many sales you want each week and increase it as time goes by. When you write your goals down they have a much greater chance of succeeding then if you don’t.
Step 8: Register your business. When you start making a few thousand dollars through sales, you should probably register yourself as a business. It’s not very hard or expensive to do.
Step 9: Automate.
Now is the time to move away from the manual method and turn to automated software that can create listings for you, and respond to completed auctions and payments with whatever message you provide. You don’t want to spend all your time writing the same things again and again in emails or item descriptions.
Step 10: We don’t give up.
If you get to a point and it looks like it’s all going wrong, don’t give up, never give up trying until you succeed. When you keep working through a difficult situation you will almost always find that you make a real breakthrough just when things are starting to look desperate.
