Automate Your Business

When you get to the point that your business is taking up too much of your time, the best thing you can do is to try and automate your business by letting others run it for you.
You will continue to maintain ownership of your business (and of course revenue). But what you will do is train people who are capable of running the business for you.
Once your business is successful enough to be automated, you can then hire people who are more educated than you to run it for you. Personally I like the idea of people with more education working for me.
In some cases you have to pay them a lot of money, in other cases you can find people through Elance to do the work for you. Either way the best thing is you will have more free time.
When you use your money to buy other people’s time, you effectively remove the shackles that your business has on your time. Once this is accomplished, you can use this new free time to invest in another business, time with your family or whatever your heart desires.
I don’t want you to think this is going to happen over night because it’s not, but if you don’t know where you want to be, how are you possibly going to figure out how to get there.
