Blogging Vs Website – Which Is Better For Online Profits?

So you’re wondering  ”SiteBuildIt Vs WordPress which is better for my line of work?… Blogs are perceived as cost free, and to have a decent website creation designed is perceived as a  lengthy and quite costly process , you may be leaning  towards creating a blog yourself or getting one created for you .

Let me go over the main points between a website vs a blog:

(Check out this video titled, “marketingtips.com/traffic-generator-time-saving-tip">Traffic Generator Time Saving Tip” from FantasticInternetmarketingTips.com)

Blogging :
1. Blogging is an addition to online business activities, it’s not always considered an online business by itself, a website can be a stand alone online business if it’s built the right way, with the right set of tools (and no, it doesn’t have to be expensive). Typically, a blog is an add on enhancement to a website business, not the other way round.

2. A blog isn’t actually free if you want to  create an effective internet marketing business just from blogging , it takes many hundreds of dollars in custom design, customized software often referred to as “plug-ins”, and a great understanding of how to operate the software itself.

3. A blog will also cost you in terms of time, the most popular blogging platform around, WordPress (armandmorin.org/optimize-your.php">optimize your wordpress blog), is one that while free and anyone can set one up in minutes, to understand how to turn one into a full blown onilne business can take  a great deal of time to learn, update, master and maintain  .

4. Blog platforms are basically out of your control, meaning if the platform that runs your blog ever goes out of business or becomes obsolete, so does all of your  business (I’m not saying this will ever happen with the major blog platforms such as WordPress and Blogger, but there’s always that risk, I noticed one of the smaller blogs the other day when I logged in, had a notice that it would be closing it’s operations in a month or so. Had that of been the only blog I posted to, I would have had to start all over again!).

5. A blog is designed for you to constantly feed articles and writing on it, and  unless writing articles is something your PASSIONATE about in your niche , then it won’t attract the traffic that you’re hoping to achieve to build an online business(articles-demand">articles on demand).

Websites :
1. A website can be built very inexpensively, in particular if you have a lot of information to add, you will rank very well over time, especially if you use the right platform to build your website, one such platform is Site Build It, which has full guides that walk you step-by-step on how to own  your niche or expertise online.

2. A website can be built for you and be  absolutely automated with it’s marketing functions , especially if your designer is switched on from an internet marketing point of view and can get you real, measurable and proven results on the actual return on investment from your website, you can have your website built once, optimized, ranking well and bringing you leads to your business and never have to worry about adding more content ( streamlined  profits is the goal of many businesses right?).

3. A website that is based around new “Web 2.0″ concepts can actually be built and updated by users and visitors of your site! That’s right, you can have many experts come to your site and share more content automatically, which in turn GROWS your site organically so you become the dominant site in your local, national or international niche.

4. A website needs to be optimized with keywords particular to your niche so you rank well, often business owners have to pay thousands to web designers to do this, but if you use certain platforms such as Site Build It, it takes care of the optimization for you at the time of building (or actually “BEFORE” you build your site, because of the in-depth 10-Step planning process that takes place).

5. A website should be offered with GUARANTEED success of profitability and usability for the business owner. Unfortunately  a small few web designers will offer you a refund if the website they build you isn’t profitable, why, because they build exactly WHAT YOU WANT and what you want, is probably not what you need from an internet marketing viewpoint, so web designers won’t even entertain the idea of building a website that is guaranteed to offer you long term profitability.

Just from these few points above,  it’s simple to see the easiest way to build a stable online business , one that will take a fair bit of planning, won’t cost you the earth (especially if you’re a self-learner and like to do things hands on, which is quite often the best way to do things online, as “this is your business” not a web designers).

Long term if you build on a stable platform such as Site Build It, and yes, I’m really plugging this platform today as opposed to blogging and other website platforms, because of the sheer ability it offers you as a business owner, it simply “over delivers” on results and offers endless options to upgrade from rather inexpensive to start ($29US / Month) to fully customizable sites that web designers often charge thousands for.

I have used both Site Build It & WordPress, I have both of these sites and have studied and researched many other website builders and designers, and hands down, each time I keep going back to the power of SBI as being the absolute best there is out there.

You can have a “Site Build It” site, built for you for the same price as a web designer would, but with WAY MORE functionality and profitability than a normal website, or you can do it yourself and learn in-depth marketing">internet marketing and optimization tactics that SEO experts charge you hundreds if not thousands a month for and believe me folks, what is contained in the 10-Day plan of Site Build It is all they do for a “FRACTION” of the price!

In short, SiteBuildIt really does ACE other platforms for functionality, usability and cost  Yes, there are advanced web design platforms out there like Business Catalyst and many other custom designed ones ( I’ve seen and used many of them ), but what these sites cannot offer for $29US / month is return on investment and the power of what Site Build It’s platform has built in as standard (the others you’re paying for each extra module)… It’s the same with blogging, don’t even consider a plain blog if your serious about building an online business, build a website that works and is GUARANTEED to work!
